The answer is that virtually anything that affects how you feel about
your life can be helped with hypnotherapy; there are no defined limits!
It works effectively to deal with issues such as stress, lack of confidence,
driving test or exam nerves, relationship problems, fears and phobias,
addictions and unwanted habits; the list is endless.
Helping with weight loss, giving up smoking and coping with trauma or
grief are other issues which bring people to hypnotherapy. Subject to
stringent safeguards, it can even be utilised to help control pain and
aid physical healing. It is not, however, intended as an alternative to
